hey people!! we’re launching our Kickstarter project today! watch this super awkward video of us sort of explaining it, or go to the Kickstarter page to read more about it.

if you want to get behind our philosophy that loves veganism and community, we would love to see you holding our inaugural issue. (if you haven’t yet, see the issue online!)

we only have two weeks to reach our goal, so if you’re into this, please spread the word. we appreciate it so much!

no but seriously, we started a kickstarter project so that we can print issues of the magazine we put together. if you’re interested in being a part of that (meaning, you can buy an issue and flip through it in real life!) go check it out!

WE WANT TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR OUR HIPSTERFOOD FOLLOWERS!

we need to raise at least $1000 over the next two weeks, it’s our one year blog anniversary, and we’re hitting our 20,000 follower mark!! so to celebrate, and spread the word of the project, we’re going to do a giveaway! if we reach our goal, we’ll be giving away a $150 “inaugural issue” package - including:

one FULL YEAR subscription to our magazine.

a pack of blank recipe cards, block printed by us personally.

a “how to store foods” poster, a “how to cook grains” poster, and a “how to cook legumes” poster, all designed and screenprinted by us. (we use these cheat sheets on a daily basis in our kitchen!)

a mention on the chickpea website, a post about you here, and a mention in our next issue.

you can enter one of two ways:
